The Vendor Manager role is part of the Global Monetization Integrity Team. This highly visible and influential role will collaborate extensively with leadership, business stakeholders, internal operations and cross functional teams. You will demonstrate strong executive presence in representing the organization and effortlessly navigate from strategic to tactical issues. mindset.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and own Vendor sites performance, drive results through strong internal and external collaboration to improve overall quality and efficiency of the program.
- Proactively detect potential risks and take proactive corrective actions to ensure and maintain excellent performance
- Deep dive into sites' performance analysis, contribute insights, set up realistic and stretching goal and KPI metrics, keep tracking and driving efficient actions
- Seek for improvement opportunities as process expert to help to improve operation management efficiency
- Investigate and track emerging opportunities in the TikTok Ads ecosystem and synthesizes analysis to deliver compelling recommendations to leadership team
- Own and drive key initiatives/programs within Global Vendor Operations team.
- Review Vendor data, identify process improvement opportunities and drive improvement of Vendor performance.
- Play a key role in identifying opportunities to transition workflows to most appropriate location.
- Timely and effective work with stakeholders such as policy team, product & system teams, to help launch new workflows
