Valeo’s VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

The site of Tokyo based in Japan belongs to Brain Division. We are looking for a VIE HR Site Support for 12 months within the team.

Your challenges?

• You support the site Talent Development activities

• You improve employee Engagement and Well-being (employee satisfaction) by participating in the Employee engagement committee

• You support Talent Development manager during seasonal Talent Development activities such as Salary Review, Performance evaluation

• You will be a supporting contact to managers for creating Staffing requests and ad hoc tasks

• You will have individual project : Gender equality promotion through trainings, seminars, promoting female talents

Let’s talk about you…

• You are graduated from a degree in HR, Sociology or Applied Languages.

• It’s a plus to already have experience in HR

• You have a fluent level of English and operational Japanese

• You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
