・ＭＵＳＴ：通常会話レベル以上の日本語能力

・ＢＥＴＴＥＲ：

磁路解析ツール：Ｊ－ＭＡＧ

３ＤＣＡＤ：ＳＯＬＩＤＷＯＲＫＳ

２ＤＣＡＤ：ＡＵＴＯＣＡＤ

英会話能力：通常会話レベル以上（技術要求事項を優先）

必要な要件

・電気系の知識：

モータ設計経験者又は、工学部電気系・機械大学、高専出身者相当

・コミュニケーション能力：

製造・営業・品証・他部門設計者と協調しながらの業務経験者

又は、所属グループ内であっても忌憚なくメンバーと会話できる方

・問題解決能力：

能動的に課題解決に向けて計画的且つ他者と協調して業務を遂行できる方

ジョブサマリー

コンプレッサ用ＤＣモータの開発・設計業務

磁路・構造設計からの新規開発設計から、量産設変設計や品質・コスト改善活動まで多岐にわたる業務を、開発または、量産設計メインのグループに分かれて業務。机上計算から、モータ単体実機評価までを一貫して業務可能。個人の能力に応じて社内ＯＪＴ、外部教育機関を活用してスキルアップ可能。
