Role Responsibilities:

• 主として大形空調機器（チラー、設備用パッケージエアコン）の特注設計担当として岡山県の津山工場内に勤務可能な方。
• 当社はモジュールチラーの国内販売において業界シェアNo.1を10年以上維持しているマーケットリーダであり、津山工場で生産されているチラー等の大形空調機器の特注設計業務のチームリーダとなれる方を募集します。
• また、OJTとして静岡県菊川市所在の掛川開発センターにおいて2年程度の勤務の可能性があります。
• 大形空調機器の特注設計業務は、お客様から頂いた標準製品からの変更依頼について掛川開発センターのメンバーと協同で検討し、対応可否の回答、営業部門との納期調整、図面や仕様書を作成して工場への変更指示を行う等の業務となります。

Minimum Requirements:

• 高専または大学の工学系学科を卒業されている方(機械系、電気系)
• 他者と意見交換や情報共有を上手に進められる能力（製造、営業、サービス、企画その他様々な方と接する機会が多い為）コミュニケーション能力の高い方。
• ＣＡＤ（２Ｄ、３Ｄ: SOLIDWORKS）を使える方（経験３年間以上）
• 持っているとベターなスキル等

※他メーカなどで開発業務に携わったことがある方

※電験三種などの電気系資格
