Job Description Summary クオリティコンプライアンス部長（Head, Quality Compliance）にレポートし、GMP適合性調査及び承認書点検等の業務を担当します。この業務は製造所でのコンプライアンスをより確実なものにし、安定供給に寄与する重要な業務です。 また、クオリティコンプライアンス部は、新製品の導入やプロセス改善を担当する部署ですので、信頼性保証本部全体の効率化や会社としてのビジネスの発展に直接的に貢献してい頂きます。 Job Description 配属部門：信頼性保証本部 Commercial Operation QA Division Position Title ： クオリティコンプライアンス部 マネージャー （ Manager, Quality Compliance ） ポジションの概要： 薬事部門と協力し、サンド株式会社及びサンドファーマ株式会社の全製品に関連するGMP適合性調査を担当します。 製造所とのコミュニケーションに当たっては、ESO QA組織を介して情報収集することになります。 現在、厚生労働省から後発医薬品の承認書点検が指示されています。入社後、直ちにこちらの業務を担当いただきます。その後は、定期的にサンド株式会社及びサンドファーマ株式会社の全製品の齟齬点検を実施します。 チームメンバーとともに、サンドの品質に関連する規則に準拠するとともに、関連するプロセスが適切に実施されるよう、国内の手順書を適切に管理します。 チームメンバーとともに、GQP、GMP、GDPを含むすべてのGXPに関する法的な規制及び社内規則、薬機法及びその関連規制を遵守し、Complianceを適切に維持管理します。 求められる経験及びスキル： 医薬品業界で、品質保証業務の経験が5年以上ある方 l GQP組織での品質保証業務の経験が５年以上ある方が望ましい。 GMP適合性調査の提出資料の準備の実務経験がある方。 英文の報告書の評価および英語でのe-mailでのコミュニケーションに支障がなく、英語での会議に参加し、 必要な説明を行える程度の英会話能力 組織内外の同僚と円滑なコミュニケーションを行い、常に良好な協力関係を構築、維持できる方。
