Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri) Environmental ConditionsOffice Job Description 主な職務 アナリティカルインストゥルメントグループのビジネス目標を達成できるよう、見積、受注、顧客問い合わせ対応、納期管理等、オーダーフィルフィルメント全般の運用をおこなうチームのマネジメントを行う • 部内に顧客第一のカルチャーを醸成し、より良いカスタマーサービスのプロセスを構築する。顧客からのフィードバックは、カスタマー・アライアンス・スコア（CAS）として定期的に測定される為、指標（KPI）の維持・向上・目標達成に努める • 関係する部門（営業、サービス、マーケティング等）に対して、タイムリーに情報共有やエスカレーションをおこないビジネス上のリスク排除のアクションをプロアクティブに行う。また、ビジネスパートナーとして社内関連部署の課題解決に尽力する • 部門としての重要な指標やコミットメントをチームの達成目標としてブレークダウンし、達成するようリードする • 複数の部門が関連する複雑な問題に対し、率先して解決にあたる。解決・改善を推進する為に他の部門との協力体制を構築する • 問題解決と意思決定を迅速に行う為に、データドリブンのアプローチ（データ収集、可視化、分析）を用いる • 生産効率の向上・人的エラーの削減・標準化を推進するために、安定さに欠けるプロセスとエリアを特定して可視化する • カスタマーサービス業務及び関連するプロセスのドキュメンテーション（SOP、WI）と可視化（プロセスマップ）を推進し、スケジュールを管理する • SAP(弊社使用ERP)を使用し、注文処理、在庫及び納期確認、価格、製品情報の問い合わせ、出荷処理、文書作成など、チームの各タスクを理解する。チームメンバーに各プロセスで発生する問題に対し的確なアドバイスを送ると共に、チームメンバーに対する業務量の配分を臨機応変に行う • 電話、メール、ファックスを介して受け取る様々な顧客の問い合わせや苦情、チームメンバーから提起される問題について適切に処理する • 注文のバックログや納品の遅延に関連するリスクを最小化するために、複数の部門と協力し情報収集を行い、適宜共有する。納期情報を顧客や社内営業部門へ速やかに伝達し、リスクが発生した場合もそれを吸収する時間を創出する • 問題が発生した際に速やかに情報が伝達される仕組みを構築し、都度是正措置を講じる。エラーが発生した場合には、原因分析を行い、予防策を立案・実行する • カスタマーサービスのコストの管理、労務管理をおこないます。また業務委託会社との連携をはかり、業務品質の維持・安定をモニターする • 社内改善プロジェクトに自身として参画する、またはチーム員の参画を任命する Must
