Recorded Futureは、世界中の大規模な組織のセキュリティチームをサポートしています。Intelligence Consultantは、当社のインテリジェンスサービスグループの一員として、お客様とのカスタマーサクセス活動の様々な側面での管理および実装をします。 職務内容: Intelligence Consultantとして、次の業務に関わります テクニカルエンゲージメント/プロジェクト: カスタマーサクセスマネージャー(CSM)とともにカスタマーサクセスプランを作成し、コンサルタントとして技術的な取り組み/プロジェクトを展開する責任があります。これらのプロジェクトは、ユーザーワークショップ、脅威ブリーフィング、脅威プロファイリングセッション、インテリジェンス要件開発ワークショップなどであり、これらのプロジェクトを聴衆に合わせて調整して実施します。これらのプロジェクトの目標は、お客様がインテリジェンス主導のセキュリティプログラムを開発できるよう支援することです。これらのプロジェクトの改善や新規プロジェクトの開発に継続的に取り組むことが求められます。コンサルタントは、Recorded Futureの顧客管理ツールで、成功事例、課題、技術的な成果を把握・記録することが求められます。これらのプロジェクトの影響は、NPSスコア、お客様からの直接のフィードバック、アカウントのリスク軽減、エンゲージメントから派生するアップセルの機会などを通じてモニタリングされます。 資料作成: コンサルタントは、お客様のご支援に使用する資料を作成し、当社プラットフォーム上の調査用のクエリ、リサーチチームによるレポートやその他製品機能の利用を促進します。また、これらの資料は、地域的な脅威の最新情報、プレイブック、業界レビュー等、広範囲に渡ります。コンサルタントが作成する資料の主な目的は、お客様が迅速にプラットフォームの機能を導入し、当社製品を中心としたインテリジェンス主導のセキュリティプログラムを開発し続けることができるようにすることです。技術的な取り組みによって多くの資料が作成され、コンサルタント間で資料やコンテンツを共有することも重要です。
