職務内容 【求める役割】 本年度は、デジタルクラウド室では以下を推進するため、内製の強みとオフショア開発の強みを活かした開発体制を構築し実行します。 ①店舗業務のDX化 ②主要システムのクラウドシフト ③業務の見える化と仕組み作り 店舗で働く従業員・取引先を支えるシステム企画や、現行オンプレで稼働しているシステム群のクラウドシフト・リフトを実現するため、企画フェーズでのPoCや、業務システム等の設計・実装、テスト工程を担当いただきます。内製開発のためリリース後の保守や継続的な改善も含まれます。 また、ビジネス部門が抱える業務課題を迅速に解決するため、ローコード・ノーコード開発を促進しています。そのため、スクラッチ開発だけではなく新しいツールや開発手法にも取り組んでいます。 経験豊富なフルスタックエンジニアの方にはテックリードをお任せし、技術面でチームの牽引役や連携部門との窓口役としてエンジニアが最大限の生産性を発揮できるようにリードしていただきます。 応募要件 * React、js、Node.js、JavaScript、Java等の開発言語での開発経験 * PostgreSQL、MySQL、Amazon Aurora、SQL Server、Oracle等のDB開発経験 * VBA、マクロ開発経験 Computer Futures is part of the larger SThree group, the global STEM-specialist talent partner.
