フィールドエンジニアチーム リーダー / Technical Account Manager for JPAS Description - 【所属事業部】 カスタマーサポート統括本部 PCサポート本部 【業務内容】 日本HP のPC製品を購入されたお客様に対してフィールドサポートを提供するチームのリーダーとして、 ・チーム戦略の立案 ・要員育成 ・サービスデリバリーの実行管理 ・フィールドサポート業務 を担当いただきます。 ◆フィールドサポート（メイン業務） 1. 訪問修理 顧客が導入したPCにトラブルが発生した場合に、現地へ訪問し、製品交換や修理、復旧作業などを行うことでトラブルの解決を図ります。 2. 保全・メンテナンス 顧客先に定期的に訪問し、BIOS・Driverアップデート、HWのメンテナンス（消耗品交換、清掃等）をおこない、予防保全に取り組みます。 3. 営業サポート 弊社製品に興味を持つ見込み客に対して商品説明を行い、製品への理解を深めてもらうことで導入を促します。 また、上記サポート業務と並行して、下記のような業務をご担当いただきます。 ◆アカウントマネージメント アカウントサービスを購入いただいたお客様に対して、技術担当として顧客の課題解決の支援をおこないます。 · 修理履歴を分析し、安定運用に向けた改善提案（BIOS、Driver更新、利用方法改善等）をおこなう
