Job Description 日本MPM (Marketing Program Manager）マネージャー（ライフサイエンス・ソリューション）は、日本を拠点とするマーケティング・プログラム・チームのマネジメントを担当し、アジレントがサービスを提供する市場セグメントにおいて、ファネル・収益創出を推進し、アジレント製品・サービスのブランド認知度と顧客エンゲージメントを高めることに責任を持ちます。 このポジションでは、マーケティング戦略、ファネル創出、収益成長、顧客体験の向上を推進するハイパフォーマンスチームを率いることにより、リーダーシップ、人材管理、ビジネス、マーケティング、コミュニケーションスキルを発揮する機会を提供します。 マネジメント経験、卓越した対人スキル、コミュニケーションスキル、プロジェクトマネジメントスキルを有し、経営陣や主要なステークホルダーと部門横断的に協働し、関わることができる人材が求められます。 日本MPMマネージャーはAPAC（東南アジア、日本、韓国、インド）のマーケティングAVP（Associate Vice President）の直属となります。 【担当業務】 - 日本（ライフサイエンス・ソリューション）MPMチームのマーケティング・プログラム全般の管理。ライフサイエンスソリューションには、アジレントの分析機器、消耗品、サービスなどのポートフォリオを含む。 - 日本（ライフサイエンスソリューション）MPMチームの成果物、パフォーマンス、結果に対する責任を負う。 - マーケティングおよび組織目標に関連する、チームおよび個人の目標を達成し、それを上回るようチームをリードする。納期と予算が守られるよう説明責任を果たす。 - 革新性と創造性を育み、インパクトのある高いマーケティングプログラムやキャンペーンを実現する。 - ステークホルダーやパートナーとの協力的なアプローチを促進する。事業戦略を理解し、効果的な成果を確実にし、チームのマーケティング計画を調整するために、コマーシャルオペレーションおよびマーケティング、地域営業、市場セグメント、事業部の地域およびグローバルチームと連携する。 - プログラムおよびキャンペーン計画の短期的・長期的な影響と投資対効果を測定・評価する。 - プログラムの有効性を促進するための継続的な改善を促進し、必要に応じて是正措置を実施する。ビジネスと経営陣の期待に沿った成果を確実に提供する。 - 各地域のコマーシャル・マーケティング・チームと協力し、各地域のマーケティング・チャネルで One Agilent の声を発信することにより、Agilentブランドを高める。 - 採用、業績評価・管理、経費、契約承認など、ピープルマネージャー関連の業務をリードする。継続的な改善とオペレーショナル・エクセレンスを確実にするために、チームのトレーニングとコーチングのニーズを特定する。 - アジレントコーポレートの標準的なビジネスプロセスがチームによって厳密に守られていることを確認する。 The
