求人内容 主に車載用途の半導体製品の組み込みソフトウエアの品質保証 ・ソフトウェア設計活動の規格、ルール準拠性のアセスメント - ISO26262に基づくFunctional Safety Assessment - Automotive Spiceに基づく設計プロセスアセスメント - ISO21434にもとづくSecurity監査 ・市場におけるソフトウェア不具合に関する原因分析と再発防止策制定活動 ・Renesas内部Automotive Spice Assessment活動におけるアセッサー ・上記活動で得られた情報、データに基づく、ソフトウェア設計部門の設計品質向上のためPDCAサイクルへの参画（含む社内ルールの最適化の提案、および活動支援） ※就業場所の変更の範囲、従事すべき業務の変更の範囲については、選考時に詳細をお伝えいたします。 資格 【必須要件】 ・組み込みソフトウェア開発経験（複数の製品を市場投入した実績） ・Automotive-SPICE、CMMI、PMBOK、ISO 26262、ISO21434などのソフトウェア業界における標準プロセスに関する知識、運用した経験 ・いわゆるアジャイル型開発に対する知識と経験 ・英語と日本語での書面および口頭でのコミュニケーションスキル ・英語：ビジネスレベル ・日本語：ビジネスレベル 【歓迎要件】 ・電気・電子機器製品の品質保証業務経験 ・CMMI、Automotive Spiceなどのソフトウェア業界における標準プロセス活用し開発されたソフトウェアの設計品質チェック知識、および経験 ・ソフトウェア開発、管理ツールの知識、利用経験 ・仕事相手との「会話によるコミュニケーション」を好むこと その他の情報 ソフトウェア設計プロセスに対する、カーメーカーからの、特に欧州顧客からの要求が高まってきています。車載向け機能安全の国際規格であるISO26262や”Automotive SPICE”の様なソフトウェアを設計するプロセス、あるいは開発プロジェクトを管理するプロセスへの準拠性が求められています。加えて、近年、車載向けサイバーセキュリティ規格であるISO21434への準拠も求められつつあります。 弊社では、このようなご要求に応えるべく、Renesas社内ルールを制定しており、ソフトウェア開発部門はそれらに則って開発を進めます。 開発部門のルールへの準拠性を深く正しい知識と豊富な経験でチェックし、弱みを見出し、改善サイクルを回すことで、車載部品メーカーや欧州カーメーカーのご期待に応えるソフトウェア設計プロセス品質となるよう、改善活動に貢献していただきます。 また、市場で発生したソフトウェア不具合に対して根本要因の分析を行い、再発防止策を策定する支援を行うことで、将来のソフトウェア設計品質の向上に貢献していただきます。 この様な活動を通じ、社内ルール自体の弱みの改善や、顧客要求に基づく社内ルール最適化に関して様々な提案をしていただくことで、ソフトウェア設計品質に関する包括的な活動に関与いただけます。みなさんご自身、ご親族、お知り合いが搭乗するクルマ、そこに搭載されるソフトウェアを、自信をもって世に提供できるようにする、大変やりがいのある業務です。 ルネサスは「人々の暮らしを楽（ラク）にする」技術で持続可能な将来を築いていく日本を代表する半導体企業です。自動運転やIoTなど多様な分野において、先進的な製品やソリューションを提供しています。当社の製品は、世界中の主要な電子機器メーカーに採用され、日々の暮らしに欠かせない身の回りのあらゆる電子機器に使用されています。
