Market Account Operation Management / セールスオペレーション担当 Description - Job Description セールスオペレーション本部 Market Account Operation Management業務をご担当いただきます。 【業務内容】 Greater Asiapacific Market管轄のお客様担当のAOM（Account Operation Manager）として、 日々のお客様の業務支援を行っていただきます。担当営業と協調しながら、お客様向けの見積構成や発注から 出荷・納品、また納期のお問い合わせにかかわる業務を円滑に進めていただくための環境整備や、お客様からの ご質問やお問い合わせに対するサポート、また海外のチームとも連携しながらお客様の他国拠点のサポートも対象 となります。また、お客様向けのポータルサイトやオンラインストアのサポートもあわせて行っていただきます。 具体的には； ◆新規のお客様に対してのNew On-Boarding支援（ポータルセットアップ、製品カタログセットアップなど） ◆お客様の調達プロジェクトに対する支援を営業とともに行う ◆お客様に提供しているポータルサイトやオンラインストアのサポート（問い合わせやユーザセットアップなど） 【求める経験、スキル】 ・英語を使用して電話、メール、オンラインミーティングの経験が必須（ビジネス会話レベル） ・営業もしくは営業後方支援業務の経験がある方尚歓迎 ・Excel,Accessによるデータ管理 ・BI関連ソフト使用の経験がある方尚歓迎 【応募書類】
