Work Schedule Standard (Mon-Fri) Environmental Conditions Office Job Description Position Summary サプライチェーン本部ライフサイエンス・ オペレーション部のカスタマーサービスマネージャーの募集です。セールス、マーケティング、テクニカルエンジニア、ファイナンス、サプライチェーン部門の各部（プランニング、ロジスティクス、調達購買）と連携し、顧客経験（カスタマーエクスペリエンス）を継続的に向上させる事でビジネスの成長とミッションの実現に貢献するポジションです。 Responsibility ライフサイエンスグループのビジネス目標を達成できるよう、見積、受注、顧客問い合わせ対応、コールセンター運用、納期管理等、オーダーフィルフィルメント全般の運用をおこなうチームのマネジメントをおこないます。 部内に顧客第一のカルチャーを醸成し、より良いカスタマーサービスのプロセスを構築します。顧客からのフィードバックは、カスタマー・アライアンス・スコア（CAS）として定期的に測定され、指標（KPI）の維持・向上・目標達成に努めます。 カスタマーサービスの品質向上・標準化の為、標準作業手順書(SOP)の整備、必要とされるトレーニングプラン、バックアップ体制の構築をリードします。 部下の育成計画の立案、実施。メンタリング、コーチングを定期的に実行し、部下のスキル向上、キャリア実現をサポート。より高いレベルで業務を遂行できるチームをつくります。 問題が発生した場合は、問題そのものに迅速に対応と同時に、チームをリードしその問題の発生要因を突き止め、今後の問題の再発防止策を講じます。 プロセスを改善し、平準化（属人化の排除）と、生産性の向上を促進します。またその改善効果が継続するように業務運用をモニターし管理します。 関係する部門（営業、サービス、マーケティング等）に対して、タイムリーに情報共有やエスカレーションをおこないビジネス上のリスク排除のアクションをプロアクティブにおこないます。また、ビジネスパートナーとして社内関連部署の課題解決に尽力します。 カスタマーサービスのコストの管理、労務管理をおこないます。また業務委託会社との連携をはかり、業務品質の維持・安定をモニターします。 Education / Experience ４年制大学または高専過程以上の卒業資格を有する事。経営、経済、ビジネス、エンジニアリングなどの専攻、また、それらの学部における大学院卒業資格があれば、さらに望ましい。 サプライチェーン、プロジェクトマネジメント、オペレーション等の５年以上の職務経験。該当部門、または関連する部門において、５名以上のチームマネジメントの３年以上の経験を有する事。 複数の部署にまたがる業務改善の経験、またはプロジェクトを遂行した経験がある事。シックスシグマ・ブラックベルト、リーンリーダーなどの改善の資格があれば、さらに望ましい。 顧客、ベンダーを含む複数の関係者、ステークホルダーと円滑に業務を進める為、日本語での高いコミュニケーションスキルを有する事。 経理・財務に関する知識。 本ポジションは英語を日常的には使う事はありませんが、海外工場との連携強化や、電話会議などでの協議など、英語ができれば英語力を発揮する機会は多く、将来的なキャリア構築に役立ちます。 Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. is seeking
