企業概要 Santenは、眼科医療に特化した130年の歴史を持つ製薬企業です。日本発のグローバル企業として60カ国以上に拠点を持ち、目の健康のために様々な革新的な治療法とデジタルソリューションを提供し、世界中の人々の視覚に関わる社会問題に取り組んでいます。 求人内容 Global Financial Managementは、グローバル製品供給部門に重要な財務サポートを提供しています。私たちの目標は、コスト目標を達成し、全体のビジネス目標を達成することです。 製造、品質保証、サプライチェーンなどの部門と協力することで、リソースが効果的に配分され、会社の戦略的目標に沿っていることを保証します。我々の月次報告とコレクティブアクションの提案は、予算を適切に管理・維持し、ビジネス目標をサポートする上で非常に重要な役割を果たしています。 本ポジションは、Global Financial Managementチームの一員として、製造プロセスや社内生産拠点で生産される製品ポートフォリオに対する理解を深め、日本における製造活動の中核を担います。 また、COGSに関連する事項の主担当者として、社内の製造チームと密接に連携し、標準原価が商品の製造に関連するすべてのコストと正確にインテグレートしていることを確認します。 主な職務は次の通りです。 会社の運営コストに関するデータの収集と分析 製造品の標準原価の設定と計算 製品構成、原材料、包装材料、製造方法変更の分析と、コストへの影響の分析・判断 費用配分の仮定とレートの見直し 予算編成および予測活動の支援 主な職責は以下の通りです。 予算 社内製造品の原価計算に関するSMEとしての位置づけとして、日本の経理チームとの強力な連携のもと、社内製造における標準原価計算を担当する。 ビジネスパートナーと協力し、最小単位の組織におけるコストの説明責任を果たす。 必要に応じて、標準的なコスト分析とトップマネジメントへのプレゼンテーションを準備する。 報告と予測 コストの差異を報告し、根本的な要因を特定し、実行可能な洞察に変換し提案する。 コスト最適化 コスト削減目標の達成に向けて製造チームを支援する。 目標に対するコスト最適化の進捗状況をモニターし、報告する。 継続的改善 既存のITシステムを活用したレポートの改善と自動化：SAPとAfO（Analysis for Office）の活用 計画と報告のプロセスを改善する。必要なステップを合理化し、プロセスギャップを特定し、それを改善するための代替案を提案する。 ビジネス・ケースの評価およびその他の臨時サポート 必要に応じて事業評価をサポートする。 戦略的意思決定のための長期的なコスト予測をサポートする。 資格 【知識・経験】 財務、会計、または関連分野の学士号
