YOUR MISSION グローバルの方針をベースとしたローカル戦略のプランニング、実行および検証 Financial targetを達成すべく、グローバルからのシーズン毎の戦略をベースとし、日本のマーケット状況に合わせたローカルの戦略を営業、リテール、マーケティング、スポーツマーケティングと連携しながら企画、実行する。セルスルーを重視し、その結果に基づき、スピーディに次のアクションに繋げていく。営業やリテールと密接に連携して、バランスの取れた商品ラインナップと、ビジネスに貢献する商品を供給する。 プロダクトマーチャンダイジング グローバルオファーをベースとしてマーケットに適切なアソートメントを作成。アカウントエクスクルーシブも戦略的に設定。（Global Inline） ローカルニーズに特化した戦略的な商品を製品本部と協業して開発。(NRP) 顧客ごとの戦略、カテゴリ戦略に基づき、アカウント限定プロダクトを製品本部と協業して開発。(SMU) 数字管理 戦略的なプライシングを実施 単品別の数量プランを策定(Order Forecast) オーダー内容をマーチャンダイジング、開発に反映(PO Review) セルスルー結果に基づきアクションを実施(ST Review) グローバルGTMプロセス 各ミーティングに参加しローカルマーケット情報を元に担当カテゴリの責任者として、グローバルへ適切なフィードバックおよびリクエストを行う。グローバルのコンセプト、デザインに対して日本として、フィードバック、必要に応じてリクエストを実施し、商品の完成に繋がる最終戦略まで日本のカウンターパートとしてミーティングに参加する。 （Merch Review Mtg →Line Freeze Mtg→ Final Business Pack） ローカルGTMプロセス グローバルの情報を元に日本での戦略を営業やリテール、マーケティングと共有し、カテゴリ戦略を策定、会社全体に発信するために効果的なプレゼンテーションを作成、発表する。担当カテゴリを成功に導く商談への準備等営業と協業する。 キーアカウントビジネスサポート 担当カテゴリにおいて、キーアカウントとの商品開発や、その商品における直接のコミュニケーションを営業と協業しながら実施。 その他担当カテゴリの開発から売上までのすべての流れに携わる 商品情報管理 (商品リスト、サンプル管理)
