Job Description 製薬業界に変革を起こすために。デジタルマーケティング、サービスデザインの戦略及び戦術的実装をリードするエクスペリエンスデザイナー(UX/UIデザイナー)を募集！ Digital & Data Enabler Unit（部門）のエクスペリエンスデザイナーは、配属先のGroupにおいて、顧客中心の考え方で、あらゆる顧客接点をシームレスに繋ぐデジタルマーケティング分野の顧客体験構築、サービスデザインを担当していただきます。 新規顧客エンゲージモデルの創出、及び、既存サービス・チャネルの改善するために、あらゆるメディア（デジタル、オフライン、サービス）のすべてのフェーズに渡るデザインプロセス（リサーチ、アイディエーション、デザイン、プロトタイプ、開発、そして、検証）に携わることができます。 また、デジタルエンゲージメント施策をCX、及び、UX/UI デザインの観点で取り組むプロジェクトが増えてきたこともあり、人間中心設計、サービスデザイン、そして、デジタルとデータを駆使したパーソナライズ化された顧客体験のデザイン経験、及び、UX/UIのハンズオンスキルのあるエクスペリエンスデザイナーを募集しています。 ※実際に関与する業務内容は、配属先のSquad、プロジェクトのその時の優先事項によって決まります。 ※以下の業務経験(10年以上)・スキルを持った方、学ぶ意欲のある方を歓迎します。 【主な業務内容】 デジタル・データを駆使したパーソナライズ化された良質な顧客体験の構築 デザイン・ユーザーリサーチを設計・実施し、結果からインサイトを発見 ワークショップの設計、ファシリテートからの成果の統合 コンセプト策定から顧客体験・サービスフローなどをデザイン、CX戦略策定 CXデザインプロセスの中軸として、プロトタイプ制作、実証実験（テスト＆ラーン）の推奨 アプリ、ウェブサイト、Eメールテンプレート、及び、その他デジタルプラットフォームの情報設計、UX・UIデザイン 一貫性のあるカスタマーエクスペリエンスを実現するためのデザイン原則、デザインガイドライン、デザインシステムの策定 マーケティング、営業、デジタルテクノロジーチームなど社内メンバーと共創し、顧客体験の改善についての効果的なコミュニケーションを図る 社内外の最新事例や専門知識を把握し、デザインプロセスやサービス自体に組み込む 【求める経験、専門スキル】 デジタルマーケティングの戦略、戦術設計、及び、実務レベルの経験 ※必須 Figmaを使ったワイヤーフレーム、プロトタイプ制作の経験、スキル エクスペリエンスデザイン設計の経験、スキル（ペルソナ、カスタマージャーニー、エクスペリエンスマップ、サービスブループリント、ロードマップなどの作成） 仮説・コンセプトの具体化の経験、スキル（ストーリボード、サービスコンセプト、画面フロー、ワイヤーフレームデザインなど） MuralやFigJamなどのコラボレーション、ホワイトボードツールを使ったファシリテーションスキル Adobe Creative Cloudを使ったデザインスキル ブランディングデザイン、スタイルガイド、デザインシステムなどデザインガイドラインの知識と理解 グローバルソリューションのローカライゼーション戦略と顧客（ユーザー）にとって望ましい体験設計 グローバルへ開発リクエストするための提案資料、デザイン要件の策定
