新しく生まれ変わったリワードプログラムや新ブランドの展開など、日本＆ミクロネシア地域の目覚ましい成長、そしてさらなる大きな野望を胸に、IHGファミリーの一員となる絶好のチャンスです。 IHGジャパンでは現在、グローバル・コーポレート・セールス・チームの一員として、グローバル・コーポレート・セールス日本・韓国担当アカウント・ディレクターを募集しています。この職務は、主に日本および韓国に所在する選定されたコンタクトをマネージしながら、指定されたアカウント・ポートフォリオの多国籍企業アカウントを管理し、ビジネスを開発します。 意欲的で多様な考えを持ち、エキサイティングなチャレンジを遂行できる方を求めています。 日々の業務 世界中のホテルに収益をもたらし、全ブランド、全セグメント（トランジェント、グループ、プロジェクト）の収益と市場シェアを最大に成長させる。アカウントポートフォリオは、その規模とグローバルリーチから複雑性の高い企業で構成されており、各アカウント内の主要なバイヤー、意思決定者、インフルエンサーに配備されたチームメンバーで構成されるアカウントチームの配備が必要です。 この職務における成功の鍵は、1) 価値の高い収益機会を特定し、勧誘し、影響を与え、契約すること、2) 担当アカウント・ポートフォリオ内のあらゆるレベルのコンタクト先を特定し、開拓し、関係を最大化すること、3) 各セグメント内の各アカウントに対して革新的な戦略プランを策定し、実行することで、料金の伸びを促進し、シェアをシフトし、成長するポートフォリオにより多くの顧客を提供すること、4) アカウント・チーム・メンバーやホテル・チーム・メンバーと協力し、地域やローカルに適用可能なグローバル・アカウント・プランを作成し、実行すること。 募集要項 学歴 マーケティング、マネジメント、ビジネス、ホスピタリティ、または関連分野の学士号もしくは修士号、または同等の学歴と実務経験を有すること。 経験 サービス業界において5年以上の職務経験を有し、少なくとも3年間は複数ユニットまたは企業での職務経験があること。 また、大規模で複雑なミーティング＆インセンティブ・エージェンシーにおける顧客管理経験も必要です。 技術的スキルと知識 - 戦略的アカウント・マネジメントの原則を活用し、創造的かつ革新的なクライアント・ソリューション開発の基盤となる洞察力を得ることで、従来のやり方を超えて物事を考えることができる。 市場シェアを獲得するための従来とは異なるアプローチの影響を評価するための十分なビジネスセンス（財務および商業的知識）を有する。 - 当社ブランドおよび競合ブランドに関する深い知識と幅広い専門知識。 - グローバル市場での業務経験、多様で多文化なチームや顧客組織でのマネジメントに対する深い理解。 - 大規模な販売セグメント計画の立案から実施、評価までの組織化、計画、実行における営業管理経験。 - 強力な顧客管理、問題解決、交渉、組織化スキル - 顧客、ベンダー、上級管理職、スタッフに情報を提供するための効果的な口頭および書面によるコミュニケーションスキル - 顧客企業の役員レベルで効果的に働き、強力なリレーションシップ・マネジメント・スキルを有し、よく練られた調査、傾聴、交渉、説得能力を有する。 - ホテルセールス＆マーケティング、ビジネスプランニング等の知識、営業能力、営業管理、問題解決能力、分析能力。 - マクロ経済や業界動向、ホテル業界に関する知識。
