企業概要 Third Bridgeでは、投資家が関心を寄せる企業や業界を網羅するカバレッジをグローバルに、高品質に、深く拡大し続けています。 そのため、アジアでの継続的な成長をサポートする副編集者を募集しています。採用された方には、日本語コンテンツのプロセス確立に貢献するユニークな機会を提供します。主な仕事内容は、ForumやCommunity事業におけるインタビュー内容の正確な文字起こし及び英訳となります。殆どのコンテンツは日本語で行われ英訳されるものですが、英語で行われるインタビューの校正も業務の一部となります。 求人内容 主な仕事内容 ● 日本語で行われたインタビューの文字起こしの校正・編集。文字起こしを丹念に読み、内容の調べ及び照合を通じて誤記を発見し、修正することで、各ファイルが極めて高い品質と精度なものにする ● 日本語で行われたインタビューの英訳の校正・編集。AIによって作成された英訳を評価し、原文に忠実な翻訳となるよう、単語の選択及び順序を編集し、文法・書式・構文を修正し、適切な論調とローカライゼーションを適用 ● 言語横断的なスタイルガイドの適用と開発をサポート ● 日本語のインタビュー・マーケティング資料の作成・編集・英訳 ● 業者管理をサポートし、品質及び納期を評価し、フィードバックする ● 重要な情報の正確性を確認するため、調査し、社内のステークホルダーと連絡し、上海、ロンドン、ニューヨーク、ムンバイの副編集長と積極的に協力し、グローバルな連携を図る ● 文字起こしミス及びスタイルガイドのズレをエスカレートさせる 資格 必要条件 ● 日本語ネイティブであり、英語での経験が豊富で、両言語においてスペル、文法、句読点に優れたスキル ● 翻訳のベストプラクティスに関する豊富な知識 ● 文字起こし、または翻訳の編集・校正の実務経験 ● AI翻訳の基礎となる機械学習や自然言語処理の原理について幅広い知識 ● 細部にまで目が届き、リサーチ及び校正の優れたスキル ● 自立して結果を出し、効果的に優先順位をつけられるセルフスターター ● 社内外のステークホルダーと書面及び口頭で迅速に問題を解決できるコミュニケーション能力
