組織・チーム紹介 同社のプロダクトやサービスサイト等に関するデザイン関連を担当する組織となります。 主にUIUXデザイナーとして、デザイン領域をリードしていただきます。特に「UXライティング」に関する業務を中心に行うワーキンググループに所属いただきます。 Fact book for Engineer（エンジニア組織紹介資料） 募集背景 PayPayカードでは、プロダクト、サービスをより分かりやすくし、ユーザー体験を向上させるための改善活動を行っております。 その中で、ライティングに特化したスキルをお持ちの方に案件を推進いただきたく募集を開始いたしました。 【具体的な業務内容】 PayPayカードのUXライターはUIUXデザインの組織に属します。 社内外幅広い範囲のWEBデザインをはじめとし、クレジットカードを送付する際の封書のデザインなど、デザイン全般に携わります。その中でUXライターは以下ライティングに関する業務を中心となってリードいただきます。 プロダクト・サービス上の文言改善 ユーザーが迷わずに操作できるような明確で簡潔なテキストへの変更 金融用語など難しい言葉から分かりやすい言葉表現への変更 ブランドボイスの統一 ライティングガイドラインの制作・運用 ライティングチェック 自部署、他部署のライティングにおける自律的支援 ライティング例 PayPayカードミニアプリ PayPayカードウェブサイト 紙媒体全般 LP（ランディングページ） 本ポジションの魅力 ユーザーとプロダクトの間のコミュニケーション橋渡しになり、ユーザー体験を向上させることができます。 言葉を使ってブランドの声やトーン表現を考え、サービスの世界観を創造できます ライティングスキルだけでなく、ユーザーリサーチやデザインの知識も活かせます 国内No.1のQRコード決済アプリに直接連携しているクレジットアプリに携わるデザイン案件を担当します。自身が開発に携わったプロダクト / サービスが世の中の多くの方にご利用頂くこととなるため、SNSや街中で利用者を見かける場面も多くあります。 インハウスデザインを通じて自社開発デザインに関わりサービスをリリース、改善に携われます。 既存のビジネスの延長上にはないPayPayの決済体験と掛け合わせたカード事業の新機軸サービスの立ち上げ期に関わることができます。 必要な経験/スキル ライティングを含め自ら制作したご経験 編集のみならず、自らライティングを担当したご経験
