職務の目的および主な業務内容 Job Purpose & Key Responsibilities 自社のワクチンと予防接種に関する医学的知識を持ち、ノンプロモーション活動として、医療関係者との科学的なコミュニケーションを行う。 医療関係者からの質問や要望に対応し、適切な医学的情報を提供する。例えば、ワクチンの使用方法や効果についての質問に対して、科学的な根拠をもとに回答する。 科学的なコミュニケーションを通じたUnmet Medical Needs、Data Gap等のInsight収集や、担当領域に関わる論文、学会等での最新情報収集を行う。 社内の関係部門と連携・情報交換し、メディカルの立場から必要な関連情報を提供し、予防接種環境の向上をサポートする。 必要要件 Required Skill, Experience, Etc. 必要な条件Basic Qualification スキル Skill ワクチンと予防接種に関する理解力：ワクチンの効果、副作用、接種スケジュールに加え、法規制度などの周辺知識を必要に応じて説明できる。 コミュニケーション能力と対人スキル：担当領域の医療関係者と公平かつ科学的にディスカッションし、信頼関係と持続的なコミュニケーションを維持する能力。 自己管理とチームワーク：個人のEngagement planを策定し、それを実行し、成果を明確に示すことができる。さらに各ステークホルダーの役割や立場を理解し、周囲を巻き込みながら業務を進めることができる。 英語のリテラシー：英語の医学論文・社内スライドを理解し、医療関係者とのコミュニケーションで説明できる。 経験 Experience 医薬品業界における、5年以上のMR経験、3年以上MSL/MA経験、3年以上の臨床開発実務経験。 循環器領域におけるKOL Management 経験 学位/資格/語学力 Education/certification/Language 学士号以上 英語の読解力、簡単な記述力 望ましい条件
