職種 正社員 職務明細 【部門紹介】 当部門では、大手総合商社およびそのグループ会社向けに、ID・権限管理運用と業務運用をMicrosoft 365と組み合わせた独自のサービスを展開しています。クラウドサービスの特性上、サービス・機能の更新が多いため、変化に対する追従性や情報の分析力が求められます。 また、お客様との対話の機会も多く、技術力と共にコンサルティング能力やプロジェクト管理能力を高めることができる部門です。 【プロジェクト紹介】 本プロジェクトでは、コミュニケーションインフラサービスとして、Microsoft 365環境（メール、Teams、SharePoint Online、One Drive for Business）の管理機能を提供しています。 昨今のコロナ禍におけるオフィス環境外(在宅)での業務継続、社外のユーザーとの情報共有など、お客様のコミュニケーションインフラ利活用推進がより求められている状況に対して、対応要員が不足している状態にある為募集するものとなります。 【ポジションの魅力】 大規模ユーザーを対象にMicrosoft 365の運用管理の知見を重ねられるとともに、新しいサービス・機能に追従するためのサービスカタログ更新を通じて、顧客要件の整理、調査・検証、サービス準備、展開といったサービス企画業務も経験することが出来ます。 また、コミュニケーションインフラを取り巻く他のITインフラ領域（ネットワーク、セキュリティシステム、PC/モバイルデバイス、認証基盤）の担当との連携も必要となるため、何かあったときにすぐ質問が出来るような関係性をチーム外にも築けます。 【将来のキャリアパス】 本プロジェクトはMicrosoft 365の運用管理だけではなく、複数の顧客向けにそれを下支えするサービス基盤の企画・運営をする側面もあります。よって、エンジニアのみでなくプロジェクトマネジメントや組織管理を行うキャリアパスを目指すことも可能です。 スキル・資格 【必要条件】 以下のいずれかの技術要素。 ・Exchange Online【優先度：高】 ・SharePoint Online【優先度：高】 ・Active Directory、Azure AD 【歓迎条件】 ・FIM/MIM ・SQL Server ・C#アプリケーションに係る開発や維持管理 【英語力】 海外ユーザ向けのドキュメント作成、障害通知および問合せ対応は英語で行うが、メールでのやり取りとなるため、必須ではない。 業務内容 対象領域：コミュニケーションインフラ（Microsoft 365） 以下のいずれか。（リードまたはメンバ）
