業務概要 火災保険の引受業務（アンダーライティング）、商品開発、営業推進、オペレーション関連業務を担当いただきます。 具体的な業務 ■アンダーライティング ・支店権限を超過するリスクについて、引受権限に基づき、新規および継続契約時に適切なアンダーライティングを行うことで、ポートフォリオの健全性の維持を図る。 ・リスク・オブザベーション・フォーム等の他部門からの情報に基づき、事故多発者等悪質なリスクの排除を行う。 ■商品開発（改定を含む） ・マーケットに注意を払い、自社商品の他社に対する優位点・劣後点を常に認識する。 ・商品開発プロジェクトにおいて、商品内容の策定、業務フローの策定、システム開発の企画、規定の整備、営業保険料率の決定、帳票類および募集文書の作成・管理等、商品のライフサイクルに係る一連の業務を行う。 ■トップラインへの貢献 営業部門と協力し、新規チャネルの開拓および既存チャネルの掘り起こしに必要な各種施策の支援を行う。 ■ 異例計上の管理 ・ 異例計上の申請に対して、申請理由を精査し、認否の決定を行う。 ・営業部支店と協力し、異例計上の件数を抑制するために対策を講じる。 ■外部関連機関への報告と必要な委員会等への出席 損害保険料率算出機構、外国損害保険協会、日本損害保険協会等への報告と指定された委員会に出席し、必要に応じて情報を社内関係者に連携する。 入社後の教育 初め2日間は人事部で行う入社オリエンテーションにご参加いただき、当社社員として必要な知識を身に着けていただきます。 その後部門の研修では、OJTで実務を通して必要なスキルを身に着けていただきます。 キャリアパス 当部門でのマネージャーを目指していただくのが一般的ですが、ご本人のご希望により、他の保険ラインのアンダーライターへの転向や営業職への転向も可能です。社内公募制度もありますので、管理部門や損害サービス部門への挑戦も可能です。 必須要件 ・損保業界での経験（営業、アンダーライティング、リスクマネジメント等）がある方。 ・英語力：ビジネスレベルの読み書き 歓迎要件 ・損害保険業界での引受業務（アンダーライティング）経験者 ・英会話力（ビジネスレベル）...
