＜業務概要＞ A&H商品戦略部にて傷害保険、医療保険の商品開発業務をメインにご担当いただきます。新商品開発におけるコンセプト立案、営業部門・数理部門・認可申請部門・システム部門等との社内関連部門との連携、社内委員会承認プロセス、商品の収益モニタリング、改善アクションの策定等、開発・運営全般に関わり、リリースに向けて社内をリードいただきます。また傷害・医療保険のアンダーライターとして営業部支店との連携、営業推進のサポートも一部ご担当いただきます。 ＜業務詳細＞ ・A&H商品の商品開発、引受業務、営業推進、オペレーション関連業務 ・損害率の管理（事故有り契約の継続条件案作成･損害統計の分析・損害率改善策の具申、ポートフォリオレビューに基づくアクションの実施） ・営業部門と連携し、営業推進策を立案、実行 ・関連各部署と連携した社内Projectによる業務改善 ＜キャリアパス＞ 当部署でリーダー、マネージャーを目指していただくことが一般的ですが、ご本人の意向次第で、営業職や管理部門への異動も可能です。社内公募制度もありますので、様々な挑戦が可能です。 ＜組織について＞ A&H商品戦略部に所属いただきます。９名の部署で、商品開発中心のメンバーと引受業務中心のメンバーにわかれていますが、それぞれがどちらの業務も担当しています。現在の構成は女性2名、男性７名、平均年齢は40代半ばです。業績好調につき来期に向けの増員のため、募集を行っております。 現在のところ、週3日出勤、2日在宅勤務の体制です。オフィスの改修が行われ、きれいなフリーアドレス制のオフィスです。 ＜必須要件＞ ・損害保険、生命保険（第3分野）会社における商品開発、引受業務経験 （3年以上。基礎書類への理解、傷害保険、医療保険分野であると尚可） ・保険会社・ブローカー・代理店での業務知識 （保険業界知識、商品、アンダーライティング等） ・戦略を立案する力と実行するためのコミュニケーション能力 ・日常業務を遂行するために必要なシステムおよびソフトウェアプログラムを使用する能力 ＜歓迎要件＞ 英語力：特に問いませんが、社内資料等、英語での文書作成に関わることがありますので、ビジネスレベルの英語力がある方は歓迎いたします。これから英語力を伸ばしたい方も歓迎いたします。...
