募集要項 ⽇本初となる有⼈eVTOL機開発のための各種試験実施、データ解析、報告書作成を担当。現場での安全管理も⾏い、実験チームと連携して成果を最⼤化する。 主な職務内容 実験計画の⽴案⽀援（⽬的・⽅法・条件設定） 実験装置・計測機器の準備、点検、調整 • 実験の実施および進⾏⽀援 測定データの収集・整理・解析⽀援 実験結果の報告書作成およびプレゼンテーション 実験環境の安全管理（リスクアセスメント、保護具使⽤） 設備・機器、試験⽅法の改善提案 他部署（実験・品質保証）との技術的連携 必須スキル 理⼯系（機械・電気・材料など）学科卒業または同等の知識 実験実務経験（5年以上） 基本的なPCスキル（Excel、Word、PowerPoint） 安全衛⽣に関する基礎知識 コミニュケーション能力 技術吸収力 歓迎スキル 3D-CADや解析ソフトの使⽤経験 Python, Labview, VBAなどデータ処理ツールの開発能⼒ ISOや品質管理に関する知識 英語での会話、技術⽂書読解⼒ 求める人物像 自発的に考え、上司と確認を取りながら物事を進められる方 現場を巻き込み推進する主体性がある方 ステークホルダーと円滑にコミュニケーションを取れる方 課題解決力、論理的思考力、実行力がある方 過去事例・成功に囚われず、状況によって柔軟に考え、進め方を変えられる方 他者の意見や考えを柔軟に取り入れながら、目的達成に向けて業務を推進できる方 人柄の良さやステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションや仕事に対する積極的な姿勢 雇用形態 正社員 試用期間：あり（3～6か月）
