【募集Summary】 Sr Records Management(RM) Associateは、IQVIAにおけるTMF Managementにおいて、TMF におけるDocument Processing(Imaging QC, Index, Review QC, eTMF Upload etc)を担う業務です。また、また、臨床チーム及びRecords Managementチーム内のMemberと協働で行う、TMFの手順構築等を通して、TMFがInspection Readyな状態を保てるようSupportします。 我々のRecords Management Team(RM)は、IQVIAにおけるTMF managementをGlobalと協働で、centralで実施しております。またIQVIAのＲＭの強みとして、Dx化を促進し、AIも導入、効率的かつ標準的なTMF Managementプロセスを取り入れております。新薬の承認取得に向けたEvidence確保のため、私たちと一緒に働きませんか？ 【業務内容】 ●Document Archive； TMF文書のPre-QC、(必要に応じてScan)、eTMFへのUpload(Indexing処理等)、eTMF Up後のQCチェック、必要に応じて、文書提出者へのFeed Back/問合せ ●Lead業務(Process 構築等)； IQVIA eTMF; TMF入庫にあたっての体制準備及びOn Going時の問題解決等をTeamと協働で行う。 Customer のeTMFを利用する際の手順の検討、構築をTeamと協働で行う。 ●その他RM内Task活動への参画
